BerryPin is built for spontaneous, respectful, and authentic human connection across the globe. To ensure our network remains safe, welcoming, and dignified for everyone, all users must understand and strictly adhere to these community rules.
Strictly Adults Only (18+)
BerryPin is exclusively designed and operated for consenting adults aged 18 and older (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
Anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited from entering random video, voice rooms, or live chat. If you are a parent or guardian and suspect a minor has accessed the service, contact teamneuradesk@gmail.com for immediate hardware identification blacklisting.
Absolute Zero Tolerance for Minors & CSAM
We maintain an uncompromising, zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization of minors, or any underage depiction.
Any attempt to introduce underage media, simulate underage participants, or solicit minors results in an immediate permanent ban, revocation of network access, and immediate referral with digital forensic telemetry to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant international law enforcement agencies.
Mutual Consent & Anti-Harassment
Every peer-to-peer session on BerryPin requires mutual respect. You may not engage in non-consensual sexual exposure, unsolicited explicit imagery, hate speech, bullying, stalking, threats of violence, or racial and religious slurs.
Consent must be enthusiastic and continuous. If your partner asks you to stop an action, redirect the conversation, or expresses discomfort, you must respect their boundaries immediately or disconnect cleanly.
Strict Ban on Unauthorized Recording & Doxxing
BerryPin is an ephemeral communications medium. You are strictly forbidden from recording, screen-capturing, streaming, or broadcasting your partner's video, audio, or private text without their explicit written permission.
Doxxing—revealing or threatening to reveal real names, phone numbers, social media profiles, physical addresses, or workplace details—is a severe violation that triggers immediate expulsion and IP blacklisting.
No Commercial Bots, Loops, or Scams
Automated bots, virtual camera spoofing (OBS / ManyCam video loops), commercial link spamming, crypto solicitation, financial phishing, and third-party advertising are strictly forbidden.
BerryPin employs behavioral heuristic anomaly detection. Accounts or browser fingerprints detected running broadcast scripts or artificial video loops are permanently banned from the signaling mesh.
Instant Disconnect & Auto-Moderation Flags
You maintain 100% control over your communication experience. You can hit the Next or Stop button at any millisecond to immediately sever the peer-to-peer connection.
If an individual violates these community rules, click the Flag / Report button. The report logs the peer's temporary cryptographic handshake signature into our moderation system, automatically isolating high-risk actors.
